Allan is a Master Marine Surveyor and is a member of the United States Surveyors Association, the American Boat and Yacht Council and the Association of Certified Marine Surveyors. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering specializing in power and propulsion systems. He also is a certified scuba instructor and owns and operates a sport fishing boat in San Carlos, Mexico, where he lives year around.
